The blue set of the Cascades Talgo, originally intended for Las Vegas service. The F59 PHI loco restricts this train to an unbalanced superelevation of 6 inches allowed by an FRA waiver, and BNSF allows only 5 inches, in order to compensate for possible deficiencies in track maintenance.
